Spicer-Baer Associates: Financial software company committed to business productivity

Our Company

We are a financial software company specializing in department resource planning (DRP) - creating budget tracking software solutions for the business department level.

Why the focus on departments? Because even the best enterprise resource planning (ERP) software tools are usually tailored to satisfy the requirements of corporate management, not the departments.  IT departments and corporations pay too much attention to using complex ERP software that doesn’t allow department managers to track data independently in ways that suit their department and allow for real-time team collaboration.

We're changing that. At Spicer-Baer Associates, we create department-level solutions that you own, control, and deploy from the desktop and the web. Our MyDeptPlan software is easily configured to the department but also syncs with enterprise level software, too.

Our Approach

We believe that innovation is the role of any software company. We invest in bright minds to work together to bring to market “out of the box” products and services that improve the performance and productivity of corporate department profit and cost center managers.
